Scan-LED Technology (SLT)

The new LED-Scanning Technology can be used for Rapid Manufacturing together with special resins in the medical device, hearing aid or dental industry. It will be very competitive in terms of precision, speed, flexibility, choice of resins and also cost as well as maintenance-wise to the systems currently available on the market.
SLT is qualified for the production of earpieces (earmoulds and shells) and dental applications (models, drill guides etc.).

Instead of lasers, the production is equipped with a LED-based light source, which has the advantage of a lower susceptibility to maintenance.

Final light-polymerization systems are in our program range as well as biocompatible and non-biocompatible resins for a wide range of applications,

especially in the medical technology.
